Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately we don't currently offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please shoot us an email at shop@annavana.com with photos so we can take care of it. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your products, email us shop@annavana.com within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your order.
