We built Annavana on a simple belief: a busy life should never be a reason to eat badly. Convenience is an engineering challenge, not an excuse. Everything we make starts with real ingredients and real process - roasting, simmering, tempering, grinding - done the way it's supposed to be done. Then we package it so it stays just as good in your pantry.

We're starting with podi — the South Indian table condiment that can also be the meal. Roasted lentils, seeds, and spices, ground coarse. Stir it into hot rice with ghee or sesame oil, and dinner is handled. Spoon it next to idli or dosa. Sprinkle it over vegetables or noodles, and the plate tastes finished.
